Firstly, thank you for ordering your goods from us, we value your custom and look forward to meeting your needs in the future. Your order will be dispatched by first class post, airmail or by courier depending on the weight and location. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply your goods within 30 days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date.

 

In the event of any goods sent by us being damaged in transit, missing from the order, or failing to match the items ordered by you, please notify us within 7 working days of receipt.

 

Please bear in mind your purchase won’t necessarily fit through a standard letter box. Please make sure there is a safe place your parcel can be left should you not be there to receive it.

 

Alternatively, you can choose a different delivery address when you go through the checkout. This is helpful should you wish it to be delivered to a work place or for your purchase to go direct to someone as a gift. Please make sure all addresses are entered correctly as, if not, this can cause unnecessary delays.

 

Please note: unless asked otherwise the invoice will be sent with the purchase.

 

All deliveries within mainland UK including Northern Ireland, Jersey & Guernsey are made using Royal Mail. The time of delivery will vary depending on the delivery times in your area.

Goods where possible will be dispatched by the following working day (Monday-Friday) – delivery times do vary; usually from 1- 3 working days from dispatch, however this service is not guaranteed and can sometimes take longer with delays caused by Royal Mail. Whilst we will do everything we possibly can to get the parcels to you within the timescales, we take no responsibility for such delays that are beyond our control.

 

If no one can sign for the parcel a ‘while you were out’ card will be left by Royal Mail where you can collect it from your local delivery office. Please be aware, we are closed on Saturdays & Sundays. If you need a purchase by a specific date to avoid disappointment we strongly recommend our Special Next Day (Mon-Fri only) Delivery Service. The Cut off point for this service is 1 pm & 10am Fridays. All orders placed after this time will be  sent the next working day. 

 

Unfortunately we cannot accept any liability whatsoever for any delay in delivery caused by third parties (including Royal Mail or any mailing or courier companies) that we may use to deliver your order.

 

Worldwide Delivery

 

All deliveries outside the UK mainland, Highlands and Islands are sent via Royal Mail and local mail delivery networks. A charge of £6.00 is applied to all international deliveries.

 

Returns Policy and Exchanges

 

Non-Faulty Goods

 

We at Barker Collars want you to be entirely happy with your chosen products and are proud of the quality, range and advice that we offer but we do understand that sometimes you may just change your mind or decide that the item is just not suitable for yourself or the person you are buying for. If you do decide you wish to return an item for exchange or you don’t want to keep the goods please contact us by email or phone within 7 working days from the day after the delivery day.

 

You can return your products for an exchange or for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage) within 30 days of receipt, on the condition that the goods are returned to us in their original presentation boxes, unused and returned to us in the same condition they were received.

 

Wrap the items securely in their original packaging where possible and affix our ‘Returns Label’, which is supplied with the goods. A Returns Form can be downloaded using the link below and complete the details on the form. Please note that goods returned to us without a returns form cannot be accepted. We strongly recommend that returns are sent by ‘insured registered delivery’. Please obtain ‘Proof of Postage Certificate’ from your Post Office, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us and will only issue a refund for the goods once they are in our possession.

 

We are not responsible for return postage other than for incorrectly supplied, defective or damaged Goods. Return postage for goods returned for any other reason shall be solely at your cost.

 

Faulty Goods

 

You should inspect the goods when you receive them for damage or defects. In the unlikely event that your order is incorrectly shipped or found to be damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 working days of receipt to qualify for a refund.

 

We will send you a replacement of the goods in question as soon as possible or issue you a full refund, including the original postage paid and postage of sending the items back (if a receipt is enclosed), on all ‘faulty’ or ‘incorrectly supplied’ items. All returns must be notified in writing and accepted by us before they are sent back.
